It’s good to see the return of (not quite to before cheap fees/ we will do it for nothing) clients asking us what really adds value.

Is an advice-driven agency going to be the new … new?

A garden reno is one of our top five things we believe could pay our fee and leave change for that little getaway that’s got to be on everyone’s list of must-do/have need want.

Our top five that we think could see a property reach a wider audience and achieve an eye-opening result in every way

1. A local agent who knows who’s buying and has real experience of the neighbourhood.

2. A little (and loved) outdoor space. (No matter how small)

3. An independent area to work from given the new way of living

4. A ready to view anytime stance (those buyers are fiesty and want to get going ASAP)

5. An agent who is proactive at every stage of the process and is happy to do what others in the progression don’t seem to want to do ( you know who you are!)

Advice driven agency about return? We may even see the comeback of the suit.
